Guidelines for Symposia & Workshops

We invite researchers, practitioners, companies, and NGOs to lead symposia or workshop sessions at the Conference and Innovation Expo. Showcase your projects, impact stories, and innovative ideas, and engage diverse audiences in meaningful discussions that address real-world challenges.

Session Details

  • Duration: One and a half hours
  • Format: Panels, workshops, roundtables, or presentations
  • Venue: Designated conference rooms

  • Brief description (150–200 words)
  • Objectives & format
  • Facilitators/speakers
  • Relevance to conference theme

Symposia Registration Fee

Registration fee for symposia/workshop is

Kshs. 40,000.00

which includes complimentary conference access for a maximum of two individuals.

Important Conference Dates

Abstract submission deadline: 20th April 2026

Notification of acceptance: 12th May 2026

Conference dates: 22nd – 24th June 2026
